Shipping policy

We offer shipping for all orders made on our Online Store.  If you have shipping enquiries, please contact support@smashingdrives.com

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Singapore National holidays).

For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should ship between 1 – 3 business days after order verification and credit approval.  If items require customisation or assembly, please allow an additional 2 working days.

We do our best to get the products to you as quickly, cheaply, and safely as possible.  We even custom made boxes for shipping shafts, that offer maximum protection.

However, we cannot be responsible for damage incurred during shipping, and have therefore provided an option for insured shipping.

Depending on your country of residence, you may also be responsible for import taxes and duties.

That said, we will never charge you any more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

We do not deliver to P.O boxes

Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible once credit card authorization is received.

Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
