Appointment System Starting Jan 2022
To reduce waiting time for our customers, we will be introducing an appointment system from the start of 2022. Learn more.
We truly appreciate all our amazing customers and are always working to improve our service for you.
Lately, we’ve experienced high demand as more people are returning post-COVID, eager to get new clubs or adjust their current ones.
This has led to longer wait times than usual.
To maintain the quality you expect, we’ll be introducing an appointment-based system starting January 1, 2022, to help reduce waiting times.
Booking an appointment through our system ensures you’ll be attended to promptly. Please make sure to arrive on time, as priority is given to those with appointments. While walk-ins are welcome, a busy schedule could mean a longer wait. To avoid delays, we recommend booking an appointment.
We offer four types of appointments:
15-Minute Club Demo: This will be the same as the existing 15-minute club demo, where you can try out the clubs at the range with Launch Monitor.
15-Minute Drop Off: If you need repairs, adjustments, or modifications, book an appointment here. During the 15-minute drop off, we’ll discuss your desired outcome, provide cost estimates, and let you know when your clubs will be ready.
30-Minute Small Jobs: This is for specific small jobs that we can complete within 30 minutes. We’ll work on your clubs while you wait. These jobs include:
- Grip changes (up to 5 grips)
- Reshafting 1 club (excluding shaft and head swaps, which would be considered Reshafting 2 clubs)
- Bending loft or lie for 2 clubs (excluding putters)
- Bending 1 putter
Please note that these services are subject to change, and we’ll update the booking page to inform you before booking if we can work on your clubs on the spot.
Please note that for small jobs done on the spot, there will be a surcharge, which will be higher than if you simply drop off your clubs. We will update the surcharges on the booking page.
45-Minute Fitting:
No changes here. Booking will still be via WhatsApp so that we can fully understand your fitting requirements and make the most of your fitting session.
You can still walk in as usual for the rest of December to have your clubs worked on.
